It is learned from Linyi Inspection and
Quarantine Bureau that the Bureau accepted 5425 batches of peanuts and products
for export inspection from January to November, with weight of 159,400t and
value of USD290 million, respectively increasing 37.83%, 51.38%
and 38.42% on
year-on-year basis. The products are exported countries and regions such as the
Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and EU.
In order to guarantee export quality safety
of Linyi peanuts and promote peanuts export, the Bureau organized personnel to
carry out general survey on aflatoxin pollution level of peanut raw materials
in all counties and districts of Linyi, and major peanut producing areas such
as Eastern Shandong and Northeast China, issue warning to procuring area with
excessive Aspergillus flavus, and guide enterprises to purchase peanut raw
materials with good quality; organize peanut exporting enterprises in the
governing area to carry out aflatoxin detection capacity assessment, and
improve self inspection and self control ability of enterprise laboratories;
strengthen study on technical trade barriers in countries along the “Belt and Road”,
promote peanuts in governing area to export to Malaysia and Thailand, and
realize diversified export markets.
