   The government work report of this year made clear the positive expansion of import, further released positive signals for positive import expansion on the Boao Forum for Asia. It is clearly that the government will reduce the automobile import tariffs considerably, as well as the import tariffs on some other products, to strive to increase the import of unique advantageous products bearing relatively concentrated focus of the people and accelerate the progress of accession to the Agreement on Government Procurement of WTO.
   After that, the zero tariff of anti-cancer drugs fired the first shot for import expansion this year. Since May 1st this year, China has abolished the import tariffs on 28 drugs including anti-cancer drugs, while encouraging the import of innovative drugs. As evaluated by the experts in the industry, in comprehensive consideration of measures including import zero tariffs, lower VAT, centralized government procurement and other measures, the import of anti-cancer drugs is expected to reduce at least 20% of the prices.
