On June 8, some representatives of the youth work department of the association gathered in Xuancheng, Anhui province to hold the second meeting of the youth work department in 2018, which was a great success. The meeting was presided over by Chen Weiwei, director of the youth work department. Weng Yangyang, executive vice president of the association attended the meeting and made an important speech.

In the meeting, president WengYangyang give the full affirmation and recognition for youth work performance in the past two years, at the same time, he put forward valuable opinions and hope for the future growth and development of the youth work department. President Weng pointed out: The youth work department is the major force of China’s nuts and roasted snacks, shouldering the future development of nuts and roasted snacks industry. He hopes that the new generation of youth hold high the banner of their father’s, complete the enterprise inheritance, learn together, cooperate sincerely, develop together and make efforts to create a new nuts and roasted snacks industry in China!

The meeting discussed and unanimously adopted three main topics:

1. According to the regulations of the youth work department, the tenure of the current rotating director Chen Weiwei has expired for two years. The conference passed the 2019 rotating director, Fang Sihan, the original deputy director.

2. Pass Suggestions on Active Development of Study Tours by Members of the Youth Work Department put forward by Jiang Nianbo, Yantai Maoyuan Machinery; 3. Pass the Suggestions on Developing Activities of [Stick to Charity with You] by Young Entrepreneurs proposed by Chen Weiwei, the director of the youth work department. We hope it will drive the whole nut industry to make more contributions to the society and enhance the sense of responsibility to repay the society.

The meeting also confirmed the 2018 study tours of the youth work department-organizing all members to participate in nuts and roasted snacks industry standards and inspection and testing professional skill training from July 7 to 10, 2018 held in Anhui Biao Ben (Nanjing Huayang) Food Science and Technology Co., Ltd. At the end of the meeting, President Weng Yangyang suggested that the youth work department shall implement the membership system and pay 1,000 Yuan of membership dues every year, which shall be managed by the youth work department with high degree of autonomy. The representatives voted unanimously to pass it. Chen Weiwei, director of the youth work department, said that he will immediately start to make the self-discipline management system of the youth work department, to improve the quality of organization structure of the youth work department, enhance cohesion and influence of it in the industry and take the lead role of the youth work department to unite the young entrepreneurs of the whole industry and drive employees to grow together.
