The national standards for three vegetable oils are about to be implemented. In order to better understand the three standards, we hereby invite one of the drafters, Researcher Xue Yalin, to interpreting the standards in details and share with readers.

The national standards for main vegetable oil products in China, peanut oil, soybean oil and sunflower seed oil have been released upon approval of former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and Standardization Administration of China, and will be implemented from July 1, 2018. In order to better understand the three standards, the main contents, guiding ideas for amendment to the national standards, and quality requirements for three kinds of vegetable oils are introduced in details.
