The professional
technical training themed as “China Nuts and Roasted Seeds Food Industrial
Standard and Inspection” was held in Chuzhou, Anhui Province by the Specialized
Committee for Nuts and Roasted Seeds of China National Food Industry
Association (hereinafter referred to as CNSA) from July 8 through July 10,
2018.
Experts from China
National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA), National Food Quality
Supervision and Inspection Center (NFQS), and National Technical Committee 64
on Food Industry of Standardization Administration (TC 64), as well as backbone
technical experts of the industry are invited to give lectures. The standard
model training contains “food standard management and understanding”, “explanation,
technical key points and specifications of GB2760-2014 Standards for use of food additives”,
and “knowledge of nuts and roasted food industry standards and relevant laws
and regulations”; the training for inspection module contains “overall quality
management and inspection” and “introductions to actual operation of nuts and
roasted seeds inspection laboratory”.
After training
courses, the trainees discussed in groups and communicated adequately. They all
said this training improved their level of standard interpretation and
implementation and knowledge of inspection with authorized and practical
contents, strengthened key knowledge accomplishment, and solved many
difficulties in actual work. This training helps further guide nuts and roasted
seeds food enterprises to study in depth, accurately understand and
comprehensively implement relevant standards, so as to promote product quality
improvement and maintain legal rights of the industry and enterprises.
They suggested that
CNSA shall regularly hold such high-quality professional training to meet
demands of enterprises.
Over 100 trainees
including personnel engaging in enterprise management, quality management,
inspection and channel marketing in national nuts and roasted seeds industry as
well as youth department of CNSA participated in the training. CNSA issued
training certificate to trainees.
