Recently, MIIT released the pilot demonstration project lists of “Venture and Innovation” platform of national manufacturing industry in 2018. Totally seven enterprises in Anhui Province are entered this list, in which the “Venture and Innovation Resources Gathering Platform based on Nuts Food Industrial Chain” project of Wuhu Three Squirrels Corporation Limited has successfully been listed into “industrial chain-level ‘venture and innovation’ resource gathering platform”.

Three Squirrels, founded in 2012, is a nuts snack food enterprise integrating research, development, sub-packaging and B2C brand sales of nuts, dried fruits and snack food. It is the first enterprises orienting at pure internet food brand, and also the food e-commerce enterprise with the largest domestic sales scale.

It is learned that next, Wuhu Economic and Information Commission will follow up the projects listed, make project promotion, speed up promoting manufacturer enterprise internet “venture and innovation” platform construction and supporting ability improvement of “venture and innovation” service platform, and strengthen cultivating new mode and new business type of the manufacturing industry based on internet.
