Laiyifen announced that it plans to invest RMB 600 million to build the “Laiyifen Jiangsu Supply Chain Base Project” in two phases with its fund raised, and enter into the Project Investment Agreement with Nanjing Binjiang Investment Development Co., Ltd. on current day.

Laiyifen said the project is a supply chain base project integrating supply chain, smart logistics center, quality control center, and new product research and development center, and mainly aims to build R&D and Quality Control Building, Automatic Warehousing Center, offices and auxiliary facilities. After the project is built, it may lay solid foundation for the strategic layout with Nanjing as the center, with Jiangsu market as the focus and Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai-Anhui as linkage so as to comprehensively improve market share and absolute market leading position of Laiyifen in East China. Meanwhile, by virtue of regional advantages, it may expand toward nearby market effectively and bring synergistic effect into full play.
