According to China’s relevant laws and regulations and the Protocol on Phytosanitary Requirements for Italian Hazelnuts Exported to China between the General Administration of Customs of the peoples Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Forestry and Tourism of the Republic of Italy, Italian Hazelnuts may be exported to China. The imported Hazelnuts from Italy to China shall satisfy the Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for Imported Hazelnuts from Italy (see the Annex).

　　The Announcement shall come into effect as of the issuance date.
