The 2019 the 3rd China Peanut Industry Summit & Annual Conference of China Nuts and Seeds Industry Development League Peanut League co-organized by the Specialized Committee for Nuts and Roasted Seeds of China National Food Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as CNSA) and China Nuts and Seeds Industry Development League Peanut League was held on June 23, 2019 in Kaifeng City. Nearly 500 representatives from member units of China Nuts and Seeds Industry Development League Peanut League, as well as nationwide enterprises and units with regard to the peanut industry gathered in Kaifeng and jointly discussed about development of the peanut industry.

Kaifeng municipal and district leaders paid high attention to this conference. Leaders including Jiao Yuejin, the Chairman of Municipal Political Consultative Conference, Liu Zhen, the Deputy Mayor, and Chen Guangxi, Secretary of District Party Committee attended the conference.

The forum on June 23 mainly released and discussed food safety, science and technology, and quality guarantee of entire industrial chain around technical trend analysis, peanut new product research and development key points, and marketing of scientific peanut growing, raw material purchase, deep processing and market analysis, peanut machine, equipment, and additives. Meanwhile, relevant experts in the industry were invited to explain and answer questions about new process, new technology and production management of peanut deep processing, raw materials and finished product processing, inspection and food safety standards.

Exhibition visit was on June 24. This exhibition carried out field demonstration, linkage, consulting and guidance for new technology, new equipment, new additive and new products in the industry. There are totally 51 exhibitors, covering growing equipment, raw material equipment, deep processing equipment as well as new additive and new products of the industry chain. Nearly 400 visitors from across the country negotiated on site for purchase. Representatives and signing enterprises all said they gained a lot from the exhibition.

The conference could not gain great success without participation and great support of peers in the industry. CNSA and the Peanut League will continuously prepare next exhibition, and build China to a great power of peanuts and develop international jointly with all peers of nationwide peanut industry.
