data of the recent month, the searching frequency of “Three Quirrels” on Tmall
platform is 2.69 times as that of “nuts”. Three
Squirrels has become the representative of nuts products. For Three Squirrels,
the reduction of online flow bonus does not mean a limited online growth, while
the offline space is more extensive. The Company said the snack food industry
is of trillion Yuan market, and online penetration rate is only 19%. In the
future, the emphasis will be offline market. The Company will actively deploy
Feeding Stores and Small Stores rather than simply copying online products. The
core point is to apply online advantages to offline supply chain and channel
terminal through digital strategies. For instance, it aims to realize supply
chain front-loading and efficient organization through digital strategy as
driven by digitalization, and start all over again the supply chain and channel
terminals by means of digitalization. As of July 20, 2019, Three Squirrels have
opened 90 stores. In the 17 stores established in 2018, 47% have recovered the
costs.
The current mode of Three Squirrels is “manufacture-based own brand multi-business-types retailer”, and it is actively cooperating with multiple social e-commence platforms.
