official website of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) announced
recently that the main board of the Bestore Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to
as the “Bestore”) will be launched later.
In the fact, in June 2018, Bestore submitted IPO application
materials to CSRC. It took a year and a half to finally succeed. Bestore is
mainly engaged in the R&D, procurement, sales and operation of the leisure
food. It is a brand operation enterprise that integrates supply chain
management and full channel sales system through the digital technology to
carry out the high-quality leisure food business.
The prospectus of the good product shop shows that the good product shop has built a full-channel sales network including the store terminals, E-commerce platforms, mobile APP and O2O sales platforms, with the balanced development of on-line and off-line businesses. For on-line channels, the Company adopts a diversified layout of the “platform E-commerce, social E-commerce and proprietary APP”.
