Recently, the “innovation and application of High-quality peanut protein
and vegetarian meat production key technology” was evaluated in meetings by relevant
experts of Chinese Cereals and Oils Association. The meeting affirmed through
review that the overall technology of output has reached internationally
advanced level.
It is said that to solve bottleneck problems of peanut protein
production, comprehensively improve overall technology level and international
competitiveness of peanut industry in China, promote quality and efficiency
improvement as well as transformation and upgrading of peanut industry,
reasonably evaluate quality and level of food technology outputs, and speed up
promotion and application of food technology outputs, Qingdao Agricultural
University and relevant units jointly carried out the research. The output
gained 18 national patents, issued 11 papers, formulated 1 national standard
and 2 industrial standards. The products have been extensively applied to the
food industry with remarkable economic and social benefits. The output plays
the technical supporting and demonstration role in driving quality and
efficiency improvement, transformation and upgrading of peanut industry. The
overall technology reaches internationally advanced level.
