On Aug. 4, the 9.6ton pumpkin seeds produced by certain food company in Qingyang, Gansu Province passed inspection and quarantine applied by Pingliang Customs subordinated to Lanzhou Customs, and were exported to UAE successfully. This is the first time that seeds products of Gansu are exported to UAE. So far, the seeds products export markets of Qingyang are added up to 49.

Since this year, in order to stabilize development foundation of the seeds industry, and support export expansion of seeds products, Pingliang Customs actively propagandized and implemented measures easing difficulties and benefiting enterprises such as Measures of Lanzhou Customs for Foreign Trade and Foreign Fund Stabilization, and explained preferential policies such as AEO certification in details. It comprehensively optimized inspection and quarantine process, and applied “approval while applying” to uncontrolled goods so as to actually improve export customs clearance efficiency.
