Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST) held “Achievement Appraisal Conference of Three Squirrels Daily Nuts Products” in Wuhu, Anhui Province recently. The project is independently developed by Three Squirrels Co., Ltd. After the experts group reviewing relevant materials and appraising daily nuts products on site, the committee formed appraisal opinions, affirmed significance of the project and innovation of its technical achievements. The products have high market recognition, and internationally advanced technical level. All members agreed the products to pass the appraisal.

Daily Nuts products pack shelled nuts and regional dried fruits together in combination with habits of Chinese people, and cultivate habits of users to eat nuts every day so as to guarantee daily nuts intake of people. The upgrading of raw material variety and proportion and dry-wet separated fresh-retention packaging guarantee overall taste, flavor and color of products, and extend shelf life of products. The products play a demonstrative role in mixed nuts market. This project drove consumption of nuts products in China, promoted technical progress, structural adjustment and industrial upgrading in food processing industry, improved technical level of food processing industry in China, cultivated habits of consumers to eat nuts every day, and played the important practical role in meeting increasing demands of people for a wonderful life.
