According to statistics of the Customs, the export value of Hetao agricultural products reached CNY2.96 billion from Jan. to Oct. this year, in which, sunflower seeds nuts reached CNY2.213 billion, increasing 9.86% year on year.

Hetao established a foreign trade comprehensive service platform based on leading enterprises, and built a “shared factory” to absorb medium, small and minor enterprises and agricultural cooperatives and promote quality and quantity improvement for export. Since this year, Urat Customs of Bayan Nur City worked with commerce and agriculture and husbandry departments to successfully create Hetao sunflower seeds industrial cluster, and realize growth of sunflower seeds-oriented characteristic agricultural products.

“Based on enterprise credit cultivation, export agricultural product quality improvement action and “one-enterprise one-policy” targeted support, we drive medium and small enterprises to station on foreign trade comprehensive service platform and develop toward upgrading and transformation; lead enterprises to extend industrial chain and improve added value of products. We provide targeted services for stationed enterprises such as priority in application acceptance, cargo supervision, certificate issuance and product release, and reduce customs clearance costs. We establish preferential policy promotion mechanism such as overseas trade measures judgment, market risk evaluation and place of origin, and help industrial cluster to expand free trade zone and emerging markets along the “Belt and Road.” Wang Tao, the Head of General Affairs Business Division of Urat Customs introduced.
