Sichuan Huiji Food Co., Ltd. won the first prize

A few days ago, at the 2020 National Food Industry Science and Technology Progress Working Conference and China Food Industry Development Annual Conference held by the China Food Industry Association, the project jointly completed by Sichuan Huiji Food Co., Ltd. and Sichuan University: The application technology of analysis and microbiological risk control for microbial flora structure in the production process of prepackaged soybean products won the first prize!

The "China Food Industry Association Science and Technology Award" is issued by the China Food Industry Association and is the highest award in the national food industry. It is presented every two years to encourage scientific and technological innovation in the food industry and commend enterprises and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to scientific and technological work in the industry.

Sichuan University has cooperated with Sichuan Huiji Food Co., Ltd. for many years, and they have conducted in-depth research in the soybean product industry, covering technical innovation, product innovation, and safety of soybean products.
