Nuts Consumer Experience Officers Campaign, one of the series activities of
2021 Sept.17 China Nuts Health Week, was carried out from July to Sept., and
ended with successful outcomes. The event has been held successfully for three
times, with 300 “Sept.17 Consumer Experience Officers” selected. The event aims
to spread the scientific diet idea of “a handful of nuts a day are good for
your health” more popularly, more deeply and more extensively to the people
through them, and collect and feed back opinions of consumers on quality and
taste of nuts and seeds products to enterprises. In that way, enterprises could
know the market and consumers more accurately, and develop appropriate new
products with accurate targets so as to enhance interactive experience between
enterprises and consumers.
This is the first time that organizer of the event cooperated with Pepsi. Pepsi and nearly 40 nuts and roasted seeds enterprises carried out the event jointly. From July to September, nearly 20 million person-times were attracted to participate in the event on Weibo, WeChat and Tik Tok platform according to topics of “everything has outcomes”, “gifts for lovers on Qixi Festival” and “have fun, get health”. The organizer totally received 300 pictures and videos for innovative consumption of nuts and nut process, and 100 are selected as Sept.17 Consumer Experience Officers. In the meantime, all participating brands spread the event among the 20 million person-times participants, greatly improving popularity and reputation of products. Products were welcomed by extensive consumers.
