This time, the Three Squirrel research and development team and Professor Wang Zhouping of Jiangnan University worked together again to finally developed the rapid detection technology of nut mold through the in-depth special research of the Industry-University Collaboration. 

Professor Wang Zhouping said: " the joint research and development achievement is to shorten the molds detection time to 2-3 days on the basis of ensuring the accuracy and precision of the detection, which can greatly improve the turnover frequency of the detection operation, thus greatly reducing the storage waiting cycle, and will play an important role in improving the food safety guarantee ability and reducing the operation cost”
