1、 China's import and domestic processing of California almond in 2022;
2、 The reasons for the downward trend of California almonds in the Chinese market in 2022 are analyzed: 1. The impact of the Sino-US trade war; 2. COVID-19's impact on the global economy; 3. The increase of nut varieties diverted the sales volume of the almond market.
3、 Despite the above reasons, the sales of almonds in the Chinese market continued to decline, but the sales of almonds rose in January 2023, but they had not recovered to the same level in 2019, so the Chinese nut market has huge space.
Through exchanges, the two associations are full of confidence in the nut industry and the Chinese market. The California almond Association said it would continue to increase its cultivation and investment in the Chinese market. I believe that with the joint efforts of both parties, the future of the nut industry will be better!
