In 2023, Aladar Tusu of Jalaid Banner did not effectively exert local advantages, dug deep "soil" resources, amplified "special" advantages, and actively fought for projects from superiors, and used the Gacha collective forest land to develop the new industry of "hazelnut + medicinal materials" planting model. Projects include drip irrigation project, planter hazelnut planting and compound planting of Chinese herbal atractylopathy.

Recently, there has been a lot of rain, weeds are growing vigorously, soil nutrition is reduced, affecting soil permeability, which is not conducive to the growth of hazelnut trees and medicinal materials, and it needs timely weeding, appropriate fertilization, and fine management and protection to grow well in the later stage." Li Hua, secretary of the Party branch of Alladaltu Tumen Gacha, introduced that in the various links of creating the hazelnut forest industry base, including land preparation, digging, management and protection, etc., the branch takes the party member and the party member takes the masses through the way of "work instead of relief", effectively playing the main role of the Gacha branch and mobilizing the surrounding masses to participate.
It is understood that on the basis of the central forest farm of the Forest and Grass Bureau and the hazelnut planting base of Mandu Latu Gacha in Huerle Town, Jalaid Banner will continue to expand the planting area in Muren Township and Alatanhua in Nuwen this year, and drive the development of 2,800 acres of courtyard hazelnut planting in five townships such as Haolibao Town. At present, 3500 mu of hazelnut forest in Jalaid Banner has entered the fruiting period, with an estimated output of 900,000 jins and an annual output value of 10 million yuan. This "healthy fruit" and "hope fruit" are pouring strong impetus into the road of rural revitalization in Jalaid Banner.
"In order to expand the area of the hazel industry, we plan to plant 17,000 mu of hazel this year, and the total planting area of the whole flag will reach 40,000 mu, and the accumulation of 10,000 jobs across the flag."
