Recently, the Center for Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development announced the first batch of National Famous, Specialty and New Agricultural Products List in 2025, and four products of “Laixi Chestnut”, “Laixi Shiitake Mushroom”, “Longquan Eggs Four products of “Laixi Chestnut”, “Laixi Shiitake Mushroom”, “Longquan Eggs” and “Gouxian Mushroom” were recognized as national famous, special and new agricultural products.

The main production area of Laixi Chestnut is located on the bank of Dagu River, with a planting area of more than 2,500 acres. Taking green ecological planting as the core, relying on the synergistic mode of “leading enterprises + cooperatives + farmers”, Laixi integrates and promotes the substitution of organic fertilizers, bio-control, and intelligent drip irrigation technology. Laixi mushroom has formed a whole industry chain system of “strain research and development - intelligent production - organic cultivation - market sales”, and has built an intelligent mushroom packet factory with an annual output of more than 30 million packets of intelligent mushroom packets and more than 20,000 tons of fresh mushrooms. Longquan egg production area is located in Longquan, Jimo, Longshan Street, more than 30 acres of modern breeding base, the base introduced advanced fully automated production equipment to achieve the feeding of laying hens, drinking water, epidemic prevention, disinfection, manure treatment, egg collection, packaging, the whole process of intelligent control. Relying on the golden climate of warm temperate zone and intelligent planting technology, Gushan Mushroom has innovated the “blue light induction + three-dimensional cultivation” mode, with a planting density of 120 sticks per square meter, achieving an annual output of more than 5,000 tons.
