From January to October, Russian corn exports grew by 42% year-on-year

In January-October 2021,Russian corn exports were 3.2 million tons , a year-on-year increase of 6.8%; the export value was US$760 million, a year-on-year increase of  42%.Russia since 2009 from the net corn importing country transformed into a net exporter, is now among the 10 largest corn exporter of the world.


Turkey is Russia's largest corn importer.From January to October, it imported 951,000 tons of corn from Russia, a year-on-year increase of 93%.Imports increased 1.8 times to 230 million US dollars.South Korea ranked second, with imports increasing 3.3 times to 411,000 tons, and imports increasing 4.7 times to 110 million U.S.dollars.The EU ranks third, with imports of 463,000 tons, an increase of 2.3 times year-on-year, and imports of US$110 million, an increase of 3.9 times year-on-year.
