Australia-according to the report of the Australian Macadamia Society, the output of shell fruit with 3.5% water in the 2021 season has reached 51500 tons, equivalent to 55200 tons of shell fruit with 10% water, which is an increase of 10% over the annual output season of 2020. The prediction result of the whole 2022 production season is 54900 tons, and the shell fruit converted to 10% moisture is 58900 tons, an increase of 6.7% over 2021. Kenya-according to the prediction of the association, the harvest in 2021 will be adjusted to 7950 tons (based on nuts), and it is expected to reach 8300 tons in 2022 (with a planned increase of 5%). The stability of the market and the weather conditions will promote a relatively good harvest year. The harvest season is expected to start in mid March, and the first batch of goods is ready for shipment in mid April.
