Resolution 3541 of 2022. The main revisions include: (1) requiring that the quarantine certificate for imported peanut plants indicate the pre-export quarantine treatment method, including information such as treatment agents, time, and temperature; (2) mandating that exporting countries provide information on the epidemic and pest situation during the cultivation period of exported peanuts; and (3) adding regulations that exported peanuts must be kept sealed throughout the transportation process. The feedback period for this revision ends on May 6, 2023.
