According to the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ), on September 25, 2023, the FSANZ issued Notice 263-23 approving Application A1264. This approval allows for the use of genetically modified soybean line IND-00410-05 in food.

It is understood that the product has been genetically modified to withstand drought and is also resistant to herbicides.
