According to a recent report released by the World Macadamia Organization, major macadamia-producing countries are expected to achieve significant growth of over 10% in production by 2024. With shelled nuts containing 3.5% moisture as the standard, the total global macadamia production reached 298,914 tons in 2022. Despite fluctuations in production levels in Australia, Kenya, and Guatemala in 2023, global production still increased to 319,306 tons. Notably, Kenya's exports of macadamia nuts to China have surged by a remarkable 20 times, showcasing its strong competitiveness in the international market.
