ANEC raises Brazil's corn export forecast for September to 6.69 million tons.

The Brazilian Grains Exporters Association (ANEC) said that ANEC estimates that Brazil's corn exports in September will be 6.686 million tons, higher than the previous estimate of 6.634 million tons a week ago.
August's corn exports were 6.429 million tons, while 9.425 million tons were exported in September last year.
Exports from September 15th to 21st were 1.245 million tons; exports from September 22nd to 28th are estimated at 1.731 million tons.
ANEC's estimated figures are based on the ship schedules at ports. Actual exports may be affected by weather and other factors.
Brazil's corn exports for the first nine months of this year are estimated at 23.74 million tons, down 26.2% from the 34.08 million tons exported in the same period last year.
ANEC estimates that Brazil will export 41 million tons of corn in 2024 (1-12 months), a 26.2% decrease from the record export volume of 55.56 million tons in 2023.
