According to the U.S. FDA website, on November 12 the FDA issued the translated version of a number of rules under the framework of Food Safety Modernization Act which includes the Proposed Rule for Accreditation of Third-Party Auditors, the Proposed Rule for Foreign Supplier Verification Program, and the answers for some other issues.
