According to the latest news of Russian Federation, Russian recently published a new regulation on maximum residue limit, which takes effect since Dec. 20, 2013. The USDA Foreign Agricultural Service posted the nonofficial English translation of the regulation.

    The  Russian  Federation  recently  published  a  new  MRL  regulation,   Hygiene  Norms  1.2.3111-13"Hygiene  Norms  for  Presence  of  Pesticides  in  external  entities  （list）"  （link  in  Russian）。  A nunofficial  English  translation  of  this  document  published  by  the  USDA  Foreign  Agricultural   Service can be found  here.

As  this  is  a  new  regulation,  changes  will  be  posted  to  www.mrldatabase.com  in  the  next  few weeks. We will post an announcement when these changes can be viewed.
