On March 2014, EU released Commission Regulation (EU) of No 298/2014, amending Regulation (EC) of No 1333/2008 and the Annex to Commission Regulation (EU) of No 231/2012 in terms of food addictives, with the approval of dihydrogen phosphate magnesium as a leavening agent and an acidity regulator for flour, pasta, batter and other foods.
