According to the Official Journal of the European Union, European Union (EU) released on April 9 the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) of No 355/2014, amending Regulation (EC) of No 1235/2008 laying down detailed rules for implementation of Council Regulation (EC) of No 834/2007 as regards the arrangements for imports of organic products from third countries.

The new regulation has added amendments to Annex IV of (EC) No 1235/2008. And it will take effect from the 3rd day of release.
