According to US FDA, they released an industry guidance draft for exemption application for sensitinogen indication on May 7 to help industries make a draft for application for allergen labeling.The draft pointed out main elements of allergen may not contain allergenic protein or cause response after process. Therefore, exemption application for allergen labeling has been approved according to the US  "food allergen labeling and Consumer Protection Act".
