European Food Safety Authority improved Exposure Assessment of Brown HT

According to European Food Safety Authority, it has improved the exposure assessment of brown HT on May 28.

The expert team of UN has conducted the assessment in three ways, namely, the exposure assessment with maximum allowable value, the assessment with maximum allowable value combined maximum dosage, and the assessment with the maximum dosage.

  According to the reported consumption level of brown HT, the average exposure assessment and high-level exposure assessment are lower than the ADI value of all groups.
