According to the EU website, the EU issued the commission (EU) No. 617/2014 regulation to revise the provisions related to the maximum residual limits of 7 pesticides in Appendix II and Appendix III of (EC) No. 396/2005.

The seven pesticides include: ethoxysulfuron, metsulfuron-methyl, nicosulfuron, prosulfuron, rimsulfuron, sulfosulfuron and thifensulfuron-methyl.

The new regulations will become effective in 20 days after the issuance, and will be implemented on January 2, 2015.
