As reported in EUbusiness.com on June 23, the European Commission released its report on the global agricultural market, showing the amount of agricultural food exported from 28 nations of European Union amounted to EUR120billion in 2013, with year-on-year growth of 5.8% when driven by demands of China and other emerging economies; the amount of imports was EUR101.5billion, essentially flat compared with that of last year.
