According to the EU website, the European Commission (EU) released Regulation No. 644/2014 of June 17 to amend Annex III and Annex IV to Implementing Regulation (EC) No. 1285/2008 as regards the arrangement for imports of organic food from third countries in Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007.

As stated by the European Commission, Annex IV to (EC) No. 1235/2008 Regulation lists third-country organizations that are qualified to implement control measures and issue certificates and needs to accept partial adjustment considering the latest information learned about by the European Commission.
