The EU experience shows that, uniform coordination of each member’s organization and management system and the prevention-oriented supervision mechanism and supervision system covering the whole industry chain and constant adjustment and perfection of the mechanism design is a solid guarantee the EU food safety.

　　In recent years, China has constant food safety issues, highlighting a number of deficiencies in aspects of food safety supervision system.

Taking examples from the EU experience; learning the advanced supervision concept and referring to its science: Establish the coordination management mechanism coordinated by the central government; strengthen the prevention-oriented supervision idea; set up the prevention-priority risk prevention mechanism; establish the whole supervision system and perform dynamic adjustment to the supervision system and policy.
