The biological composite material and nanometer technology are two hot spots concerned by researchers and plastic industry. In Iran, researchers from Isfahan University of Science and Technology have combined these two and developed a new nanocomposite based on pistachio nut shell.

　　Iran researchers report that, the wood-plastic composite materials has a very outstanding compatibility on environment and the next research topic is the mass production feasibility of the new pistachio nut shell nanocomposite.
