       USDA said in August that a kind of hypoallergenic peanuts and relevant products may be on shelf recently.

     An article in the official website of USDA said that Yu Jianmei, the Food and Nutrition Researcher of North Carolina A.T State University and her colleagues developed a technology to remove 98% - 100% allergenic protein from peanuts. This technology can be used to remove allergenic protein from entire peanuts, chopped peanut or peanut powder.
