An article in the official website of USDA said that Yu Jianmei, the Food and Nutrition Researcher of North Carolina A.T State University and her colleagues developed a technology to remove 98% - 100% allergenic protein from peanuts. This technology can be used to remove allergenic protein from entire peanuts, chopped peanut or peanut powder.
