Contents of the Guide mainly include the analytical approach of foreign objects in foods, various examples of foreign objects mixing in the food, and analysis result of materials that may have been mixed in the food.
The Guide publishes photos for 200 materials that may be mixed in the food as foreign objects. It also describes their applications and characteristics.
