Recently, MHLW released G/SPS/N/JPN/412, G/SPS/N/JPN/4123, G/SPS/N/JPN/4124 bulletin, said according to the food sanitation law, revision of food and food additives standards and norms, isovaleric acid, ammonium, calcium silicate, gluconic acid zinc included in the food additive allows the use of list,which is as the food additives and used in food processing, and to formulate the standard specification.
