On June 8, 2015, FSSAI released G/SPS/N/IND/105
notification, and planned to revise contents of relevant contaminants, toxin
and residues in 2.2.1 of 2011 Food Standards and Safety Provisions, and
regulate the contents of mycotoxin in details.
Objections and requests for hearings must be received on or before Aug.7, 2015. The approval date and release date are undetermined. The commencement date will be at earliest 180 days after the official notification is released.
