The ministry of agriculture has announced the output of pistachio nuts has been over 235,000 tons last year. This output has exceeded the output of America, which benefits from favorable weather conditions and implementing measures for enhancing output.

Iran has exported 180262 tons of pistachio nuts last year with the value of USD 1.62 billion, which has shown that export volume and export value have increased by 50%.
