Germany has started to take actions and will stop planting transgenic crops in accordance with new provisions of European Community. The director of the Ministry of Agriculture of Germany has noticed governments of all states of Germany that he planned to tell the European Union that even if some varieties were within the scope approved by European Community, Germany would still use new “optional right for exit” to stop planting transgenic crops.
