On Nov. 4, one seminar of Korea proposed some amendment draft of Food Hygiene Law and Animal By-products Hygiene Management Law. The main content is that if export products of food, animal by-product processing enterprises are refused by custom clearance due to failing to comply with food standards of the importing country, the event shall be reported to director of food and drug safety department in order to confirm safety of products on the same production line.
