According to web portal “GhanaWeb” on Nov. 8, Ghana Food and Agriculture Authority will cooperate with each public and private department and institution to increase the Ghana cashew nut output from 50,000t every year to 150,000t every year. This action aims to increase fiscal revenue, and save the precarious cashew nut industry. It is learned that as affected by multiple factors such as output reduction and unsmooth financing, the cashew nut industry of Ghana is facing crisis.
