Mandatory requirements on organic food package bale: EU formulates 91/2092/EC Regulations on Organic Agriculture to regulate specifically the whole process of organic agriculture and organic agricultural product production, processing, package, trade, inspection, authentication and use, totally in 16 items and 6 annexes.

The organic foods enter EU markets in two ways. The first is that countries listed in the third country list. The countries which have established and implemented organic standards and standards and inspection measures comply with EU 91/2092/EC, the third country can propose application to EU will be listed to the third country list. The second is for countries not listed in third country list. The products can enter EU market by separate licensing.
