European Commission passed new anti-monopoly guidance on agricultural products on Nov. 27. The guidance is applicable to olive oil, beef and some plants. The guidance aims to clarify under what circumstances the EU agricultural workers can unite to sell aforesaid agricultural products. The guidance is a supplementation of common agricultural policy revised in 2013 about EU farmer cooperation rules. The official bulletin of EU will be released recently.
