According to the weekly report issued by Argentina Buenos Aires Cereal Exchange, based on the crop inspection results of Argentine sunflower seed major production areas, the data of sunflower seeded area in 2014/15 has been revised to 1.18 million hectares, less than the previous estimated 1.30 million hectares. Also the sunflower seed production has been revised to 2.45 million tons.
