Few days ago, the supporting regulation of Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), Standards for the Growing, Harvesting, Packing, and Holding of Produce for Human Consumption, is enacted and implemented on January 27, 2016. Centred on Good Agriculture Practices (GAP), this Regulation demands all food materials growing, harvesting, packing, and holding in USA to meet its requirements.
